| Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd., a leading Chinese telecom equipment provider,Software outsourcing companies, plans to build a global research and development (R&D) center in Hangzhou,Flash web development, capital city of eastern China's Zhejiang province.

The Shenzhen-based company gained a partnership with the world's networking giant 3Com by setting up a joint venture four years ago. However, 3Com bought out Huawei's 49 percent stake in the Huawei-3Com (H3C) joint venture for USD 882 million last November, making the venture its fully-owned subsidiary. |
