For you, it could be the diagnosis of a solemn illness striking you or a adored an. Perhaps, it is the breakup of a relationship, or the sudden ending of your job. What I didn’t know is that this transformation process can happen with more ease, intention and joy when reached pro-actively, rather than just through repercussion and a laissez-faire viewpoint. You know the age mentioning, “if I knew then, what I know now.”
However, I wasn’t listening for a phone from Spirit the day I was minding my own affair and just living my life as with. I was not expecting that my life, as I had known it, would be forever altered afterward that day.
Let me share one of the 1st times I was struck “out of the blue.” Picture a beautiful day, temperatures probably in the mid-to high-80’s, and a couple of free hours ahead my shift at work began. What would you do with this time? I wanted to be outside, drenching up some sun and fresh air. So, I packed a lunch and drove to a park above the corner of town, a beautiful mountainous park with lots of trails and places to commune with ecology.
Many years later, a trio of challenges came my way, and I chose to approve

What followed afterward was a raging assault at a stranger. The details are not essential, yet the lessons are. I didn’t realize at the time that this terrifying event would begin a spiritual transformation, one that would continue for the recess of my life. I likewise didn’t achieve at the time that it was a congratulating in mask, as it assisted to “awaken” me to Life.
