　　新华网布鲁塞尔11月30日电(记者尚军)欧盟委员会11月30日对美国谷歌公司发起反垄断调查，以查明这家全球互联网搜索引擎巨头是否滥用了自己的市场优势地位。

　　负责欧盟反垄断事务的欧盟委员会当天发表声明说，调查主要涉及谷歌公司是否人为操控搜索结果排名，对于提供竞争性服务的商家，故意降低它们的排名，而把自己的服务链接置于优先位置，以排挤竞争对手。

　　谷歌公司还被指强迫在线广告合作伙伴接受排他性义务，禁止它们在自己的网站上投放某些竞争对手的广告，意图排挤构成竞争的搜索工具。

　　欧盟委员会说，发起调查并不意味着已经掌握了谷歌公司违反欧盟反垄断规定的证据，但欧盟委员会将把这起案件作为优先事项展开深入调查。

　　欧盟委员会今年2月证实，收到了多家企业针对谷歌公司提起的反垄断指控。这些企业说，自己在提供在线价格比较等搜索服务时受到了谷歌公司的不公正对待。

　　谷歌公司则表示，自己的搜索结果是中立的。
