It's ok, whether it does. I'm not here to reprove you - I'm here to assist you.
So, how are you following up with your leads, prospects, referrals, clients, contacts and power partners?
First of all are all of those people even aboard your radar list to follow up with? That's the first step.
Here are some speculations I'm making as I'm prose this today. I'm assuming your database is in the calculator so you can easily mail mix it and mail something out easily. I'm too assuming that you actively collect and add at least 20-120 or extra people to your database each week. Yes/No? If this is not the case, you should cry a Marketing professional.
One thing I am no assuming is that you have a truly nice Follow Up Marketing Plan in place in your business. A maneuver that tells you what to do, how constantly, who to do what to, etc. that is remove and easy to emulate yourself or delegate out every month. Do you?
Now, I understand you know I always preach namely you should be act an email bulletin - AND OF COURSE YOU SHOULD!
That's just ONE aspect of your overall sale plan but if you do one and do it at least twice a month (and you do it well) - it ambition highly amplify your "Top of idea Awareness" factor. One thing about your emails whereas namely that the premier an you send apt a team of folk you encounter might need to be a mini different than just adding them to your newsletter account.
What I'm talking about is an Initial Follow Up Letter or Email. This is what you send out along email (still using constant contact if you want merely a different template) or along mail right behind you meet something.

That might just be portion of what you mention but the point is that you offer a WIN-WIN position don't just try to tell them about you and what you do because they don't attention - muse what's in it for them in your initial follow up?
Then where most small business employers make the biggest fault of all in their follow up is that one correspondence is ALL THAT THEY DO!
Here is an Ideal Follow Up Plan that you can put into place right now:
1. Meet current people entire the period and add them to your email and mail database.
2. Mail them a handwritten note and your card within 3 days of conference.
3. Email them a personal one-on-one memorandum or group attach and send out your Initial Follow Up Email among 3 days.
4. Call them within 24 hours if they are a Hot Prospect or Hot Referral Source.
5. Call them within 48 hours if they are a Warm Prospect or Warm Referral Source.
6. Mail them your Initial Follow Up Letter and maybe a flyer about an upcoming workshop, accident, one of your guide services just aboutmething of amuse to them (such for an article from a weekly that relates to what they do) within 10 days.
7. Email them your email newsletter (which should be out soon - every other week minimum remember) if they opted in of way.
8. Mail them another letter with more info and a offer or hook to take convenience of your services and/or inquiring for a referral with your leaflet or variant flyer of some arrange (you don't always want to mail out your
